It should be noted that at least half of this journal is friends only. Pretty much anything that isnt a youtube video or a link of some sort, that actually pertains to my life, is locked up. If you're interested in getting added this is the thread to comment in. If you don't make yourself known its likely you won't get noticed, I've found my friends list has stopped growing as much as it used to and I don't check for updates nearly as often anymore. |

Also I just trimmed about 80 people from my friends list. If you got the axe it's because I think you've stopped using LJ/reading your list/you haven't posted since 2008 or earlier.. or there were a very few number of people I just didn't want reading my stuff anymore or visca versa. Sorry. If you're the earlier feel free to correct me in this post and I'll friend you back. I am going to attempt to be closer/more involved with my f-list @ this time. |

http://www.tuneupmedia.com/This program/service is astounding. Essentially it cleans up your itunes. Adds the missing track names, band names, album names, etc. If you're like me and had a huge music collection and then started using itunes and its a horrible horrible mess, this is great. I paid the lifetime for it anyways. Its got a free trial tho where you can do 100 songs. Try it out. edit: oh yeah, it also has a concert alert feature that I haven't used yet, but in theory sounds awesome. |

This video is fucking nuts. I would like to get more involved with yoga. The only thing is that the only nights I REALLY like going are when this one instructor teaches at the gym and he only teaches monday and tuesday nights. Also, even if he taught more frequently, the classes at the gym, tho they are an excellent base of learning at the start, I'm starting to feel like they may be hindering me in the long run. The classrooms are like 20 people big quite often and we don't get corrected at all. I could be doing something totally wrong and am habitually learning to do it that way because theres just not enough time to correct everyone. I'd much prefer going to an actual studio and doing like 5 person classes and the like, or even one on ones.. but then we're talkin some serious $$$$$$. I also don't want yoga guy body :( All the videos of guys I see doing yoga, they're in insane shape.. but they're all suuuuuper skinny. I don't wanna be that skinny ever ;_; I wonder if its because all they do to stay in shape is fucktons of yoga? I wonder if I continued to lift and do yoga if I'd stay at least as big as I am now.. or more over like, I know I could stay big no prob, but can you do the advanced stuff in yoga being bigger or does the extra weight just hinder you. idk! edit: holy fuck </lj-embed> |
